Processing Time

All orders are packed and shipped by hand from our studio.
Please allow 1–2 working days for us to process your order before it ships.
During new drops or busy periods, this might take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated via email if there are any delays.

Shipping Times

UK orders: usually arrive 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International orders: shipping times vary, but most arrive within 7–14 working days.
Once your order’s shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please check your tracking link first.
If it still hasn’t shown up after 10 working days (IRE/UK) or 20 working days (international), contact us at getdeluly@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help locate it.

We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, so please double-check your details before checkout.

Preorders or Drops

If an item is on preorder, the estimated ship date will be shown in the product description.
Orders containing preorder items will be shipped together once everything is ready.
