🖤 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your order.

All sales are final, but we’re happy to offer exchanges if something doesn’t fit or arrives damaged.


Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like a different size, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Postage & Shipping Costs:

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

- This includes:

- The cost of returning the item to us, and

- The cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to start an exchange:

Please email us at getdeluly@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- The item you are returning

- The size or item you would like in exchange

As soon as it arrives back with us, we’ll get your replacement on its way after the additional postage has been paid.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
Email us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.


Refunds

We don’t offer refunds - exchanges or replacements only.
This helps us stay sustainable and keep each drop limited and special.

Lost Item?

All our orders are carefully packed and shipped from Dublin. At checkout, you can choose between standard (non-tracked) and tracked delivery options. We always recommend selecting tracked shipping for peace of mind, as it allows you to follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.

If you choose standard delivery, please note that this option does not include tracking, and once your order has been posted, it is out of our control. If your parcel seems delayed or hasn’t arrived, we’ll do our best to assist and help you contact the postal service, but we can’t take responsibility for lost items sent without tracking.
